John was thorough, knowledgeable, detailed and fully available to answer questions about my home inspection during and after. I will use John again with my home inspection needs

John McCormack from Keys Home Inspection inspected a new-construction home we are purchasing in Fort Lee, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was thorough and detail-oriented — the inspection report was very detailed with photos and clear explanations of every finding. He caught issues we never would have noticed on our own, including a hot water problem affecting the showers and master bath, and a roof vent flashing installation that could have led to leaks down the road. The report was delivered promptly the next day, and John also handled our radon testing and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed for our closing. Professional, responsive, and genuinely looking out for the buyer. Highly recommend Keys Home Inspection to anyone buying a home in North Jersey.

It was such a pleasure working with John at Keys Home Inspection. We really felt well taken care of by John and his recommended partners for all inspections and we can't thank him enough for making us feel confident and comfortable with what is one of the biggest purchases we will make in our lives, and for teaching us about so much of the home along the way. As first time home buyers we really appreciated all the time he took explaining so much about the home so patiently and in an easy to understand way.
